My Restaurant Strategist is a SaaS platform providing restaurant business planning tools, AI-powered consulting, financial analysis, operations management, and related services for restaurant entrepreneurs and operators.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Subscription and Payments

Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months or unused subscription time.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to:

  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
  • Violate the intellectual property rights of others
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Use automated systems or bots without our written permission
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Harass, abuse, or harm other users

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by My Restaurant Strategist and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any data or content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process that content to provide the Service.

7. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our Service uses artificial intelligence to generate business plans, recommendations, and insights. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional financial, legal, or business advice. You should consult qualified professionals before making significant business decisions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MY RESTAURANT STRATEGIST SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless My Restaurant Strategist and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
